Living Well for Better Health
Starting Tuesday April 20th
This program helps people learn how to manage their own health by improving communication with their physicians, actively managing their symptoms, creating personal action plans, and developing support structures. This free class meets Tuesdays April 20th through May 25th. Instructors are Dianna Leighton and Terry Sandusky.
