3. DOG SLEDDING; TRAINING, CONDITIONING AND Care with Larry Murphy

Larry will discuss and demonstrate rules and practices of sled dog care and training using "Senior Dogs" as educational assistants.  $5.00 members / $7.50 Non-Members

6. TOUR ALLAGASH WOOD PRODUCTS with Louis Pelletier Jr.

Come see a local company that makes high quality hand-made wood products. They handle all aspects of the manufacturing process; cutting the trees, milling the lumber and building the furniture. Bring a picnic lunch.  $5.00 members / $7.50 Non-Members

7. TOUR TWIN RIVERS PLANT
Mon, Sept 30, 10 AM Twin Rivers Paper Company, Madawaska (Carpool from UMFK Sports Center Parking lot at 9 AM)
Take a tour of Twin Rivers Paper Company. Learn about our specialty papers that are used in common everyday applications such as French fry bags, pharmaceutical inserts, shipping labels, sandwich wraps and much more. Note: no open toed shoes or cameras allowed.  $5.00 members / $7.50 Non-Members

8. GREAT DISCOVERIES OF THE 20TH CENTURY with Ben Paradis

The Blake Library at UMFK is open to all members of the community and offers a wealth of resources. 10. LONG ARM QUILTING with Linda Roy

Come see how to use a long arm quilting machine. Linda Roy will demonstrate; free-arm, pantographics, quilting from the front, all over same design, custom quilting, etc. With time for questions and answers.  $5.00 members / $7.50 Non-Members

14. STABILITY BALL EXERCISE with Matt Michaud

Stability Ball Exercise -  Strengthen your core muscle while holding various positions on a stability ball. The balance factor of working on the ball strengthens core muscles without stressing bones and joints. Bring your stability ball if you have one. $10.00 members / $15.00 Non-Members

15. USING YOUR IPAD with Sharon Chasse

 Sharon's class will cover the basics of iPad use and major applications to make you more comfortable with your iPad and to give you an appreciation of all the iPad's possibilities. Must bring your own iPad. $10.00 members / $15.00 Non-Members
